Terms and payment policy

Person responsible for paying the bill must be present at the first meeting. Initial costing will be agreed in principle. A formal quotation will be sent out to this nominated person. Any subsequent amendments, additions, changes of dates or cancellation can only be authorised by this person, who will also be ultimately responsible for ensuring payments are made on time as agreed on the quotation. The £1,000.00 confirmation deposit is non-refundable but is taken off your balance. The remainder of the balance is payable 4 weeks before the event. Please note provisional bookings are not confirmed until a deposit has been paid and accepted. We may release your dates to other clients without notice unless your booking is confirmed with a deposit. Your quote is valid for 2 weeks. If you do not secure the event by paying a deposit by this time, we are not obliged to honour the original quote. Once a deposit has been paid, the price will not later be increased due to escalating costs or artificially inflated. This is regardless of costs incurred towards us. If the client wishes to amend their design, any price differences will be fully discussed and agreed. A new written quote will be produced to confirm this. The quote we send will include everything discussed, if anything is missing, please advise so it can be rectified and added to your order. If something was requested but wasn’t present on the invoice it is the client’s duty to inform us, we will not take responsibility for anything not included on the invoice. Once the final copy of the order form has been sent no subsequent changes or alterations can be made. As a policy we do not work with any third-party décor/catering companies. We reserve the right to cancel your event and withhold your deposit if such an instance was to occur. Please note all changes must be submitted by email only and up until 2 weeks before the event. All changes must be sent to - jibranmahmood@live.co.uk As a matter of policy, we do not work on a credit or pay monthly basis. Any such request will be refused.
