From first hello to the day itself

How a celebration comes together with Diamond Events: one team, one plan, and a clear next step at every stage.

Seven steps

How it works

  1. Step 1: Enquire

    Tell us about your celebration: the functions you are planning, your dates, roughly how many guests and where. If you have not booked a venue yet, that is fine. We know many of Scotland’s best rooms.

  2. Step 2: Meet the team

    Sit down with Jibran for venue, design and planning, or with Mohammed Azeem for food and catering, in person at our office in East Kilbride, by phone or by video. Choose a time that suits you online.

  3. Step 3: Taste the menu

    Build your menu from our Menu Collection or start from one of the set menus, then taste it with us. Your coordinator will help you shape the selection around guest numbers, service style and timings.

  4. Step 4: Your proposal

    We bring the stage, décor, menu and service for every function together into one tailored proposal, reviewed personally by Jibran before it reaches you.

  5. Step 5: Plan together

    Once confirmed, your family has its own Diamond Events planning space: your proposal and payments, guest lists and RSVPs with dietary needs, the décor board, key deadlines and messages to the team, all in one place.

  6. Step 6: Final details

    Ahead of each function we confirm final numbers, seating, timings and suppliers with you, so nothing is left to chance on the day.

  7. Step 7: The day itself

    Our team sets the stage, runs the kitchen and manages the timeline, with Jibran on hand throughout. You can follow progress on the day in your planning space, while you enjoy your guests.
