What kinds of events do you look after?
Weddings above all, including the Mehndi, Nikkah, Baraat, Walima and reception, as well as corporate and private events. We provide bespoke stages and décor, catering from our own kitchen, and event management on the day.
Can we book décor, catering and management together?
Yes. Many families bring us in for all three, so one team designs the stage, cooks the food and runs the day. Tell us what you need when you enquire and we will shape the proposal around it.
Where do you work?
We are based in East Kilbride and work across Scotland. Our venue guide lists rooms we recommend in West Scotland, Edinburgh, Fife & Dundee and Aberdeen. If your venue is not on the list, tell us where it is.
How much does it cost?
Every celebration is different, so we do not publish prices. After a consultation we prepare a tailored proposal for your functions, guest numbers and choices.
Can we see the menu before we meet?
Yes. You can browse the full Menu Collection on our catering page, look through set menus A to F, or download the menu as a PDF.
How do you handle allergies and dietary needs?
Allergen information on our menu is indicative and must be checked against the final recipe, ingredient labels and supplier specifications before service. Items marked † still require recipe or supplier confirmation. Guests with food allergies or intolerances should speak to the Diamond Events team before ordering. Once you are planning with us, guests can record dietary needs with their RSVP.
Can we taste the food?
Tastings are part of how we plan menus with families. Ask about a tasting when you enquire or at your consultation.
Who will we meet?
Jibran Mahmood, our Event Coordinator and Bespoke Décor Specialist, or Mohammed Azeem, who oversees the kitchen. Jibran meets in English; Azeem in Urdu and Punjabi. You can book either of them online.
Can you recommend photographers, DJs and other suppliers?
Yes. We are happy to recommend media partners, DJs, dhol players, vehicle hire and a florist. You will find them on our suppliers page.

Sign in to your Diamond Events planning space to see your proposal and payments, manage guests and RSVPs, follow the décor board and message the team.
